Why a Project Log?

In an effort to organize my craft, sewing, crochet, photography, cooking and baking projects, I've put together this blog to help me keep everything in one place. A list for projects "To DO" and a list of projects "Completed" to help me stay organized and posts with pictures so I can gaze upon my work and nitpick all the mistakes.

Minnie Dress

Taken from the pillowcase dress idea, I made a Minnie
Mouse dress for my niece who will be visiting Disney
in a month or so.

Now that I look at it a little closer, I'm not so
crazy about the white thread I used. I thought
it would be a nice contrast color, but I think
it looks unprofessional. Bummer!!

Maybe I will go back and fix the hem and use
black thread this time.

Teacher Appreciation, take 2

More teacher appreciation gifts for some fantabulous teachers.

Reed difusers or scent pearls for the teachers'
desks.

Teacher Appreciation Week, Take 1

First in a week long tribute to wonderful teachers!
I found this idea here.

Baby Bibs

I followed this tutorial to make these bibs to
match this onsie and these burp cloths.
The whole set (plus a hat that I forgot to photograph)
were a shower present for a friend.

More Pretty Fabric Projects

With the excess fabric from Short Sheets I made these little
curtains. I use the space under my desks as extra storage
and hated how messy it always looked.

Now the kitchen/office looks a little
more put together and organized (even though it
isn't even close to being organized)
